Who is Mary?

I’m fascinated by people—what motivates us, how we make meaning, and what helps us do our best work. I started by studying gender and cultural studies at Hunter College, trying to understand the “why” behind human behavior. When that curiosity outgrew the classroom, I followed it into neuroscience, where I’m now pursuing a master’s with a focus on cognitive behavior.

In parallel, I’ve built a career across food, video games, and wellness. On paper, they’re different worlds. In practice, they’re all about experience, psychology, and connection. That overlap led me into operations and branding—figuring out how teams function, how ideas scale, and how companies communicate with care and intention.

I’ve worn many hats: contributor, leader, builder-from-scratch. I’m at my best where strategy meets empathy, structure meets creativity, and curiosity is encouraged.
